Brewarrina Rest Area – T, S, B, OR, F, M, BR, D. This is a fairly big area near the Barwon River. The toilets had no roof when we were there. It’s a clean tidy place, local policeman came down and said hi. Nice little town. Rating – 3

Casino South Rest Area – T, B, F, M, OR, BR, D. 28 km south of Casio in NSW. Good size area, fairly quiet, we have had several other campers there every time we have stopped. We have used this several times when heading south from Brisbane for a quiet night sleep. Rating - 3

Duaranga Rest Area – T, S, B, F, M, OR, D, BR. Rest area at Duaranga QLD, east end of town. Big rest area, mostly dirt, next to a small lovely park with a billabong. Sites to the back are better. Very popular spot. Rating – 3.5

Q – Emerald Botanical Gardens
Emerald Botanical Gardens – T, B, F, N, M, D. Beside Nogoa River Bridge under the railway line at Emerald QLD. Nice walk through the garden, some birds, some flat sites, coal trains at nights so very noisy. Gardens are the best bit. Rating – 2.5
